New and NoteWorthy
The announcement was made on Thursday, May 8th that I will now serve as the editor for the NoteWorthy newsletter, in addition to my duties as President of Proficient Note Buyers. For those of you unfamiliar with NoteWorthy, it is a publication that was founded in 1990 and is focused on the secondary market of real estate notes.
On the day of the announcement, Proficient's website traffic increased sevenfold from our daily average. Most business owners would be ecstatic about that number. My first thought was "Great...now I have to try and be seven times as insightful and humorous in my blogs!" In all seriousness, I will continue to do my best at providing what notesellers need to know on this blog, and what real estate professionals need to know in the newsletter.
If you are a noteseller, please read through my prior blogs - hopefully there's something you can use, or at least be educated by. Our priorities, first and foremost, are to provide you with the things our website promises: Professionalism, Productivity, Proactivity, etc.
If you are a real estate professional that found your way here through a NoteWorthy e-mail blast, welcome. We think you may benefit from some of the things our company can offer as well. Feel free to give us a call or shoot us an e-mail with questions, comments, feedback, etc.
Now for the shameless plug: Are you a subscriber to the NoteWorthy newsletter? If not, why not? If you enjoy reading these blogs, it's a pretty sure bet you'll enjoy reading the articles in the newsletter. Along the way, it's a great way to educate yourself on other aspects of the real estate business. Some of the brightest minds in the business contribute on a regular basis to make the newsletter a valuable resource for anyone. Check out the website at www.noteworthyusa.com for subscription information, books for sale, convention information, and more.

See you in the newsletter! (or here...or both places...)
Our efforts stay focused on note holders. If you are a note finder, a note
broker, or anyone other than the actual note holder, please do not contact
